How do I cancel my order?Updated 16 days ago

If your order has already been processed and you would like to cancel it, please follow the steps below:

1) Open up a chat by clicking the black live chat button in the bottom right of the screen:



2) Enter your name and the email address linked your order

3) Enter the message 'cancel order [ORDER ID]' - please use the order ID of the order you'd like to cancel 

This will give our team the best chance of being able to cancel your order.

4) Submit a support ticket by selecting 'Yes', then 'Submit Ticket'


- Please ensure you've selected 'Submit Ticket' at the end of your query -

Ideally, please also let us know why you would like to cancel the order. Although this is not a requirement!

⚠️ Please note that our warehouse work as quickly as possible to despatch orders so, although we will do our best, there is no guarantee that we will be able to cancel an order*
