How do I cancel my order?Updated 5 months ago

If an order has been processed and you would like it to be cancelled, reach out to our customer service team here and please include the following information:

Your order ID or full name and postcode

It would be really helpful for us to process your request ASAP.

Ideally, please let us know why you would like to cancel the order. Although this is not a requirement!

*Please note that our warehouse work as quickly as possible to despatch orders so, although we will do our best, there is no guarantee that we will be able to cancel an order*
