How do I change the address on my order?Updated 5 months ago
If an order has been processed and the address is incorrect or incomplete, reach out to our customer service team here and, so we have the best chance of being able to update your order, please include the following information:
- Your order ID or full name and previous postcode
- The new, full address you would like the order sent to
Please also let us know whether you'd like this address set as the default for future orders and we'll get that changed for you, too.
*Please note that our warehouse work as quickly as possible to despatch orders so, although we will do our best, there is no guarantee that we will be able to amend an order*
