How do I change the address on my order?Updated 16 days ago

If an order has been processed and the address is incorrect or incomplete, please reach out to our customer service team by following these steps:


1) Open up a chat by clicking the black live chat button in the bottom right of the screen:



2) Enter your name and the email address linked your order

3) Enter the message 'change address for [ORDER ID] to [CORRECT ADDRESS]'

4) Submit a support ticket by selecting 'Yes', then 'Submit Ticket'
