How do I change the items in my order?Updated 16 days ago
If your order has already been processed and you would like to cancel it, please follow the steps below:
1) Open up a chat by clicking the black live chat button in the bottom right of the screen:

2) Enter your name and the email address linked your order
3) Enter the message 'change items in order [ORDER ID] to [LIST ORDER ITEMS]' - please list all the items you'd like in your order to help avoid confusion
4) Submit a support ticket by selecting 'Yes', then 'Submit Ticket'
