If an order has been processed and you would like to swap or remove items in your order, reach out to our customer service team here and please send us:
- Your order ID or full name and postcode
- The exact items you would like in your order
If you include this information in your message, this will ensure we can find your order as quickly as possible to try and process your request.
*Please note that our warehouse work as quickly as possible to despatch orders so, although we will do our best, there is no guarantee that we will be able to amend an order*
