How do I load my Body Wash refill?Updated 2 months ago

To load your Body Wash refill into the bottle, just follow the steps below:

1. Unscrew the base of the bottle and the top  (the opaque and translucent parts) - the bottle should now be in 3 parts

2. Insert the refill can into the base of the bottle

3. Leaving the pump off, screw the two halves of the bottle together

4. Keep twisting until you hear a POP! That means the refill can is open

5. Finally, screw the pump back on the top of the bottle - and you’re ready to go!
