Our outer keep case is made from durable ABS plastic designed to be refilled again and again. 

We looked at all sorts of materials for our outer case including metal, but this would have required plastic parts and glue to hold it together - meaning that it can’t be recycled at the end of life. Making it all from one material actually has a lower footprint over the lifetime.
