Where is there a delay in processing my referral?Updated a year ago

If you are trying to refer someone and you receive an email saying that there has been a 'Delay in Processing Your Reward' then this means your referral is undergoing some extra checks. 

It's nothing to worry about - This may happen if the details between the referrer and the referee are very similar.

If possible, please allow 24 hours for the referral to be checked and for you to receive your discount code.

If you still do not receive it, don't hesitate to reach out to to our customer service team here.

And it would be really helpful if you could include the following details:

  • Your full name and postcode
  • The name and postcode, or email address, of the person who you are trying to refer

So we can look into and sort the issue as quickly as we can.
