Why isn't my discount code working?Updated 8 months ago

If you have entered your discount code at checkout and are getting this error message:

Then here's what to do:

  1. Double check the code is correct. If you can, copy and paste it directly from the platform or email where you got it from.
  2. Check the Terms & Conditions - it may be that the discount code has expired or isn't applicable to the items in your order. Re-read the email or leaflet, for instance, for any stipulations. 
  3. Check whether you are using the right email address. A discount code is sometimes linked to you specifically so it may be necessary to use the email address linked to your Fussy account so we know it's you!
  4. Some discount codes are only redeemable on your first Fussy order. If you've already ordered from Fussy this may be why your code isn't working.

  • Your full name and postcode
  • The discount code 
  • What items you are trying to order
  • (Referral discounts only) The name and postcode, or email address, of the person you referred or or who referred you
