How do I change my billing/payment details?Updated 6 months ago
To update your payment details, follow the steps below:
1) Login here and click on Edit next to your active subscription.
2) Then scroll down past your order details, you'll see Billing Address.
3) Click Send Email to Update. You should receive an email from [email protected] to the inbox linked to your Fussy account.
4) Click the link in the email to update your billing information.
Please note - If your subscription order was due and the payment failed as your billing information needed to be updated - once you've updated your card details, the payment will be retried automatically at intervals*
If you do not receive this email please follow these steps:
- Check your Spam and Junk folder
- Ensure [email protected] is on your Safe Senders List before requesting the email
- Add [email protected] as a contact on your email
If you still have not received it, contact our customer service team here, and please include your full name and postcode in your message, so we can look into the issue as swiftly as possible.
