How do I track my order?Updated 5 months ago

We'll send you a shipment confirmation email after your order is despatched. Orders are usually despatched on the same or following working day when the order was placed. 

This email will have the subject ‘A shipment from order {ORDER ID} is on the way’ with a link to track your order. 

If you have not received this, please check your spam/junk folder. If it still can't be located, reach out to our customer service team via our contact form.

We would really appreciate it if you could include your full name and postcode or your order ID in the message. We'll look into that ASAP!
