Why is no subscription showing on my account?Updated 2 days ago
If you have signed up to a subscription, but one isn't showing when you login to your account, it may be that you've created an account with a different email to the one your subscription is linked to.
Here are a couple of things to try:
Check what email address you receive your order confirmations to - is this the same one you’re using to log in?
Log out and double check the email you’re entering when logging in. Sometimes devices autofill old details, so it’s worth deleting them and typing your email manually.
