Will the order fit through my letterbox?Updated 6 months ago

We've designed our packaging for 3 refills to fit through a letterbox. This was one of the biggest design challenges. Not only does this mean you don't need to be in but it means we can use existing postal routes to delivery it which minimises our environmental impact.

For orders that contain a case or that contain more than 3 refills, these do not fit through a letterbox. But you will be able to update your delivery preferences on the tracking link we send when the order is despatched, so you can choose a safe place or neighbour to leave your order with.
