Wrong Order or Missing ItemsUpdated 5 months ago
We do our best to make sure all orders are packaging carefully and are correct. However, occasionally mistakes do happen (please forgive us!) but we will do our best to put it right.
If you have received your order and an item is incorrect, or you're missing part of your order, here's what to do:
- Firstly, please double check your order confirmation email to see the items you ordered.
- To check the names of the refills you received, the names of the scents are printed on their white casing above the barcode.
- If an item(s) is missing or incorrect, please reach out to our customer service team via our contact form.
- If possible, please include the following details:
- Your order ID or full name and postcode
- A photo(s) of the items you received. If you ordered refills, please ensure the names of the refills are visible
Our customer service team will then ensure your correct items are sent to you ASAP! We appreciate your understanding and patience if an issue like this does arise.
